Sir, till now, I have almost completed my synopsis writing under your continued,Good and timely Supervision, and am going to submit a copy of the same with you on the coming Saturday, while I was writing the synopsis,I got a little confusion regarding the "Tense" which I should use in the synopsis. Sir as the Research will has to be written in future,so what is your suggestion regarding the synopsis Tense,Whether it should be future tense or past tense, I am giving two examples below to clarify my querry

1. I conducted a community Survey to collect data regarding the measurement of various variables,for this purpose a questionnaire was developed
OR
2. I will conduct a community Survey to Collect data regarding the measurement of various Variables, for this purpose a quetionnaire will be developed

Kindly Comment wether example 1 (using past Tense)or example 2(with Future Tense) is correct.

Of course, you have to write with the "Future Tense"
