    Dear Dr Farooq
I hope your plan will succeed but if you change the date from 28 to 27 May it will be better for some participants, may be the number of participant will increase because on Saturday some of the students will go to Afghanistan and the party will be enjoyable by huge number.

    Best regards

    Dear Sir,
I Always love to attend parties and I hardly missed any during my regular studies. But the problem now is, that there is a distance of more than 8 hours, therefore I need to plan every thing 2 to 4 weeks prior and visit Peshawar only once a month.
I always ask Dr. Farooq about the tentative dates, do contribute and then plan my visit to Peshawar accordingly, but unfortunalty, always dates gets change and I miss.
In the office, we have hardly any party, the only get togather we usuallly have is Annual or Bi-Annual Retreat, which we can't miss because of progress review presentations and being the presedent of UN Staff association for AJK, my presence is needed to coordinate with other sections and govt counter parts.

    Dear Toheed,
I know you are always ready for participation and contribution,
the main problem is that, when we are getting to fix the date some one is ready and some one is not.
This time the discussion is made open to get the date fixed earlier and on time.
The census/majority is also to be kept in mind!

Rest, any one from the MMs PH old students who want to Participate are welcomed and Directed to Submit Rs. 1000 per person with Mr Arif If they want to Partcipate. Kindly Decide on time as the Venue and Menu Comittee has to Make Arrangements for the Expected Participants(Possibly b/w 30 to 40) according to the Limited Budget.

    Dear Arshad,
I was anticipating that, it should be a memorable one.
My heartiest prayer and cooperation is always with you.
I know our young colleague can do it better than us as they are very much talented.
Hope to see a successful and memorable one!
