Farewell Party, 2012

Dear Colleagues

On behalf of MMSPH students and the course coordinator Dr. Nayyar sb, I would like to remind you that we still owe a farewell to our senior colleagues who completed there degree course two months back. We have agreed to arrange a party on coming Saturday, the 10th of November 2012.

All (regular and DL students) are very humbly requested to confirm their availability as I need to know about the numbers to make logistical arrangements.

Amna (Finance Manager): Please make sure that all contributions are completed before Saturday and also inform our out gone fellows. In the meanwhile I will focus on my hunt for venue and menu.

Venue: Dewan e Khas at Ladies Club Park Road University Town Peshawar.
Date : Saturday, 10th November 2012
Time :7 Pm, Sharp

Miss Amna has already informed most of the senior colleagues and is busy with informing the remaining ones.

As 09 November 2012 is Iqbal day and it an official holiday then it wouldn't be a problem for those colleagues which come from far locations like Dr Humayoun your friend.

Its not me who decide the date and time, I am just an event coordinator. It was decided by a larger group of students and Dr. Nayyar sb on last Saturday, am sorry it cant be changed now as I have already made bookings.

Thank you very much for your kind management and arrangements, this is not our first time to complain about days that you guys chose. you guys should have given your step brothers a bit chance to participate while we told you in the beginning of the semester that this time we want to participate.

Well, 20 people and 20 choices........ I tried to accommodate every colleague's choice but some time it gets close to impossible.

If you really want to be part of the fun, you can very easily make it back to your duty the next morning. I really worked hard and took a lot of time out from my extremely busy schedule to make the arrangements but....HINDO STARE AO HUDAI NARAZ...
