Let's make it generalized and give the chance for every to participate. Selection of venue and time is very important to maximize the participation. The venue should be accessible, especially for female. And time should be suitable for all the participants.

    3.dr.basith

    4.dr.samee

The above colleagues contributed and as it is seen all of them are in 4th, 5th or 6th semester.

The contribution from 1st, 2nd and 3rd is awaited but they need to speed up as there is no time and we have to be on time.

I do not know why this fund raising is getting headache, as to ask everyone personally and no one contribute directly without asking repeatedly?

Arshad nadeem along his team is preparing for the outline of the party and they are soon make arrangement for comparing, and organization of the party.

Let's hope for the best and a memorable one!

    Dear Dr.M.Agha,
In fact the senior most colleagues are responsible for all the arrangements and they are the chief organizers plus management teams members.
As far as the venue and date is of must importance , and these are selected on the basis of financial resources for which we expect to collect on time, but today I received only pkr 1000 only from Riffat.
Now think of it how the difficult is fund raising?
I expect tomorrow more contribution from our junior colleagues and again that will not make a sense as the presence in the classes are very limited and this party is going to get late.

One thing brings hopes that a few are giving suggestions and comments in this relevant topic as others (majority ) are keeping calm fast and just pretend themselves as khamosh tamashaee.

But let's hope for the best.

I Think 1st October will be suitable as Most of the Students and Those working employees alongwith Sir Nayyar will be available on the Weekend. Rest is upto Sir Nayyar and the Guests That when they are available. But i think still most of the students are left to contribute financially.

Management to me means the old phenomenon "Getting things done" and well as newer concept "working with people". Its like applying Theory X when needed and Theory Y when that is needed.

So my dear managers, its your test how you get the things done whether that means putting your hands in the pockets of those who have failed to contribute, having the same stereotyped party or whether you guys use your creative?? minds
