Exam Date Sheet MMSPH Exams Dec 2010

Final Exams will be conducted in Abasyn University on the following dates and times

30th Dec 2010: Health Care Planning (1st, 2nd and 3rd Semester)
30th Dec 2010: Communicable Diseases Control (4rth, 5th and 6th Semester)

31st Dec 2010: Health Economics (1st, 2nd and 3rd Semester)
31st Dec 2010: Non-Communicable Diseases Control (4rth, 5th and 6th Semester)


1st Jan 2011: Organizational Management (1st, 2nd and 3rd Semester)
1st Jan 2011: environmental and Occupational health (4rth, 5th and 6th Semester)

Timings will be 3.00- 4.30 pm daily on the above mentioned dates

NOTE: Students are advised to clear their dues/fee etc before these dates, because on the day of examination as students go to pay their dues, it creates unnecessary delays and problems in conduction of paper on time, so this whosoever goes to pay dues during paper time, his time allowance for paper will be deducted and 15 minutes after start of exam, he/she will not be allowed to enter the examination hall

sir , till April ?
sir these papers were missed due to flood , and most of the universities had canceled their papers at that time,and conducted papers in sept and october. but abasyn didn't.
and sir our tenure is completed in july2010.
in august we were told that these papers will be conducted in october 2010. then it was announced for December, and now sir for April.....
did not you think this is a big gap of 8 months....
this will take the mmph degree to almost 3 years of durations. sir can you favour us for prompt exam in jan some what ?

I agree that there should be separate date sheet for missed/failed papers as all universities do.

Dr Nayyar is requested to arrange papers schedule for these students also

Since the result of those papers which you guys missed is still not declared, it is impossible to arrange any exams. Mind you guys, that the exam was conducted and we understand that you couldnt come, but still exam was conducted and your status was absent, so definitely one has to wait till previous result is announced so even those who will fail can also appear.

Please keep in mind that this is not a shop where different commodities are available for different buyers. Whenever result will be declared, the exam will be arranged within 10 days

Thank you very much for sharing the date sheet for the exams . I have a problem and i request to you kindly guide me regarding this issue.
As you must be knowing by now that the Polio camapign in december is going to be conducted from 28th december 2010 up to 1st Jan 2011, and according to the date sheet the exams will be held during the same days. I will not be able to take exams, as during campaign days i will not be allowed to leave the district, so my request is to kindly give permission to take these exams later on with other sessions, without charging any extra fee if possible. If not at least i should not be consider as absent from exams without any information. I should be considered as " leave from exam as a special request".
My other colleague Mr. Khalid saif ullah is facing the same problem.
Your kind guidance in the matter is required to act upon.

Dear Dr Rasool

Kindly send a written letter addressed to me as Course Coordinator on address of Abasyn University about your problem. Since you are not able to attend exams, better deposit your fee when in the next or coming semester you are appearing for exams. We cannot conduct special exams but Inshallah when the semesters would rotate and this exam would come again, we will allow you to appear in the missed papers
