YOU R REQTED TO KINDLY CLARIFY THAT ON 29/8 PENDINNG PAPERS;


1. PENDING PAPERS MEANS FAILED PAPERS OR THOSE WHO WANT TO APPEAR FOR IMPROVING OF GPA TOO ?

2. ONLY SINGLE PAPER TO BE APPEARD ON THAT DAY , OR ANY PAPER ACCORDING TO STUDENT OWN CHOICE MEANS DIFFERENT SUBJECTS PAPERS ?
3.IF ONE WANT TO APPEAR N OTHER PAPER WHICH MAY NOT BE THERE IN DATE SHATE , WHAT WILL BE THE PROCEDURE 4 THAT?

Pending papers means papers left (not given earlier) or failed. For improving GPA, papers are not allowed toll final thesis viva has been taken and whole CGPA has been calculated.

Yes, only single paper allowed per day.

If that paper is not there, you have to give a written request, but only if your paper has been pending and financial accounts are cleared.

Thanks for sharing the date sheet,

sir, I need confirmation /clearification on two things, one- I need to be appear in Epidemiology paper, so i wil be appearing on 29/2012 or with the current course students on 30/8/2012?

2nd, regarding the improvment of CGPA, your good self has mentioned above that one can not appear in paper for improvement of CGPA untill all his/her parpers, including the thesis is cleared and the result is announced. But, regarding this, examination section says some thing different, I visited examination section before remazan,to confirm if i will be allowed to appear in paper to improve my CGPA as my one paper is still waiting to be cleared? but i am afraid that i would not get the CGPA required for degree, and the authority replied, YES, you can improve if you want, even if you have already attained the CGPA required for degree and you want more than the requirement i.e if one has CGPA 2.5 wants CGPA 3, he/she still can improve. in other words, the authority replied that one can improve all this his/ her papers passed in C and D grades even if the person is still studying and is elligible till one year after getting the degree.

This matter is really confusing as the statements are contradictory and need to be clearify,

I wanted to improve my health education and promotion paper, but confused now, whether i will be allwoed or not?

You will be allowed public health policy paper on 31st August, financial management on 1st September and non communicable diseases control on 29th August. Only these 3 papers are allowed this exam. Next will be dealt in next semester.


Dear Toheed
The examination section is taking that simply in perspective of improving CGPA, but the written course statutes say, that improvement is only allowed, once you have cleared the rest of stuff, and your CGPA is evident. Else it will become a joke as everybody will be coming le and right to appear in papers round the clock, and it will be an administrative nightmare to handle all that. Hope that clarifies

but examination section should also be clarified as the adminstration/examination section never come with concise. clear statement to help, on contrary,they always keep students in confuson as I asked the matter three times very clearly and he said the same, which i mentioned above
