aoa, dear friends,,,  can some one guide me how to publish a research paper ?   i need to know this way  of paper publishing. and i am planning to start some research work on

1- school dental health
2-  reasons of increased mortility rate  in elderly patients
3-  failure of primary health care plans in pakistan

First of all before you think of publishing you need to actually do your research work whatever it is. Once you have completed the actual work, you have to write a manuscript of your research. Most journals follow their own format but the manuscript is written under following headings.
1. Abstract (usually 100-150 words) breifly mentioning objective, methods, results and conclusion of the study followed by keyword according to MeSH style.
2. Introduction of the study building a rationale
3. Methods of your study
4. Results of your study, preferably in figures and graphs
5. Discussion of your findings with cross references to others studies on the same subject from national and international literature
5. Conclusions based on your main findings
6. References according to Vancouver style

Then you can send to various local journals like KMU Journal, JMS (KMC), Journal of Ayub Medical College, GMC Journal or JPGMI
