Request to all the MMSPH students of abasyn university.

hi dear all,

with great sorrow and broken heart i am here to request all my fellows to please be polite and be on track . whats wrong with you people on repeatedly imposing your own thought and planes upon all other students.
MPH does not mean simply to get a degree , if some one is of the opinion that we will be in benefit after just getting 2 papers from university after two years, including DMC and a Degree. then you all forget this idea.

recently i appeared for a post of monitoring and evaluation officer in a reputed international NGO , when i was going for an interview i was very much bold and confident of my knowledge. but when i set in front of interviewers. they asked 30 questions from me and i was unable to answer most of these questions.
at the end the country chief of that NGO advised me to study basics of public health and specially study the team work phenomenon.

so you can imagine how tough is to get a public health related job in now days situations.
we all are lucky we have a virtual forum. and the most important thing is we have the benefit of having our coordinator daily in touch with all of us through this forum.

presentations can help and enhance us in few ways.

so please give proper attention to sir nayyar directives as you all know better once sir nayyar left abasyn university we all will be on crash and there will be nothing in our mind about MPH . please add acceptance here that from now we will try our level best to act upon sir nayyar methodology.

truly speaking if we think for a while with our self, this forum is like our virtual library with quick response facility.

we can get here each and every thing.
but who will tell these allamas about this benefits.
they think if they will visit this forum sir nayyar will be paid by the site. lol.
this group is
1- not hypothyroid one
as hypothyroid is a little acceptable . this is some thing beyond explanation.

they will simply make the class environment bad and will not get any thing .

As you are our senior,can you tell me the difference between MPH and MMSPH? or both are the same.

MPH is a world recognized degree as post graduate degree in public health .

while MMPH is basically a management sciences degree .
post graduate in management sciences in public health.
means MMPH is near to mph but not exactly mph.

if there is a post or job vacancy and two persons apply for this , one is mph and other is mmph, legally the mph degree holder will be given preference.

this is a debatable topic. but now we have got admission and nothing can be done.
univ administration has played a special role in this issue . you are intelligent you will know what role they played.
and at the beginning of this degree at our unvi its name was
MPH then MMSPH then MMPH.
MMPH is a management sciences degreee it has no need for approval from pmdc while mph should be recognized from pmdc. take care.

yeah harmful for the doctors but jubiliations for non doctors

sir in one way harmful but in other way useful.

personally i believe education does not go for waste . at some stage of life any type of education and knowledge can help a man .

What do you mean by "secondary phenomena"? could you pleas clarify it.

Infact to get information it is the preliminary phenomena and than how this information changes the furrows of our forehead is secondary phenomena.
For example,when you got that MMSPH is not equal with MPH you got information, and than you thought what has happened is not satisfactory and your heart is beating quick and you feel sorrow is secondary phenomena.
just kidding and is a real example.

I am also running to get that information,when I get that information and stop running,I will be able to share that with you, but why should not we ask our seniors like Dr.Abu Zar and Mr.Dentist.
I think they will be in a better position to answer this mystery and puzzle.

I wanto suggest a few points here although i m the junior most in Public Health.
We should not discuss such issues on forum as Misunderstanding and Haphazardness spreads all arround due to this.
If somebody is serious he may inquire and suggest anything directly from university administration as they can betterly solved the Quries and problems.
i thing this forum can be used for the positive purposes more important issues than that.

This is nether misunderstanding nor haphazardness, but this is a real issue.

The forum is the palace to get information from our respected lecturers and from our seniors who give us the real and useful information.

If you ask the university about the MHP and MMPH, their response will be that the MMPH is better then MPH, as they have already said to some of our colleagues.

Just to conclude all this degrees dont Matter at their face values, it's the knowledge that
matters so irrespective of the nature of the degree whether it's MPH, MMPH or MMSPH all students should learn the basics of public health and it's applications in real life unless someone is just interested to get a degree to use it for quackery.
