Sir, I have been selected to attend a training in Jordan on "Adverse Effects Following Immunization" after a short assessment within our office. I honestly feel that I had a a lot of capacity building over the last 2 years in Abasyb University under your supervision and a major proportion of my professional growth pertains to your good self and some good colleagues in our class. I shall need your professional support consistently in future as well.

Inshallh I'll be flying most probably on Wednesday morning for a week. Wish me luck, please.

Our EDO Dr Sabz Ali Khan Will also attend this Training on AEFI (Adverse Effects Following Immunization), I have helped him to prepared a presentation on AEFI.
I wish you Both All The Best, Hope that You Will Represent Pakistan in a Superb Way, and will leave a good impression amongs the EMRO Participants.

Wishing you best of luck, Zubair. Let us know about adverse effects after Immunization. This is a highly controversial area and most of the vaccines in debate are not given routinely here in Pakistan

District Health Managers Planning for Prevention and Control

Loudspeakers of all the mosques were turned on to sensitize the masses regarding this killing disease, and how frequent hand washing with soap, and using boiled cold water for drinking can save their lives

The Hyegenic Condition of the village's streets was poor
Open Excreta disposals,which some how got mixed with Drinking Water.
The source of drinking water here is well and public health Tube wells
(Piped Water), but the pipe were leaking at many places

Those with moderate to severe Dehydration were infused with Ringer Lactate.
Around 200 Drips were infused.

Two Static Health Centres were established
One at Nazim Hujra and the Other in the CD
Both Centres were fully Equiped with Medicines and Ambulance Services

There was a huge Rush in the Hujra Centre, around 1500 patients recieved treatment and vaccination Against Cholera and Typhoid in the Hujra and 550 females got Treatment in the Civil Dispesary Centre

The 2nd shot of Abu Dhabi from air shows the Highway which connects Abu Dhabi with Dubai. The main terminal of Abu Dhabi Airport is very small. Its round shaped and the waiting seats are also very uncomfortable. I have always had very bad experiences at this Airport.

And thanks Zubair and Abu Zar for inquiring about my health. I had a very severe viral infection with high grade fever that kept me confined to my room for 3 days. Still within the post viral syndrome

Today is the day-4 of the outbreak (Khit Killi Nowshera)
and only today the cases of Acute Watery Diarrhoea/Cholera showed some real decrease,
Now we are controlling other communicable diseases
The area was also fumigated with 10% Permethrine for vector control
The village children enjoyed the smoke and noise made by fumigation Gun.

In Pabbi Station a speedy troller colloided with a Nissan Truck,which claimed two worthy lives.
In the seen the troller is being errected with the help of crane and reloaded with the container,which fell down in the accedent.
Accedents and injujury prevention needs special attention in Pakistan, as it shares a big chunk of total deaths annually occuring.

It will improve the Sanitation of the locality

The Largest Graveyard in Pakistan
It is situated in Charsadda proper.
In this Graveyard 600 men were burried in one day, as
khudai Khidmatgar were on strike while Police opened fire on them and as a result 600 men died on spot while more than a thousand sustained injuries.
They are Called the "martyres of Babirrah" Named after the site where the incident took place.[url=][/url]
