Actually, the reply to your question is already there in the second picture. As Dr. Nayyar wrote, "after his canine teeth finished their work". So it means that he eats half and next time rest of the half will be yours to help you gain some pounds

All this reminds me of that contribution and refreshments plan proposed by Dr. Nayyar. Dr. Abu Zar, you may announce this time in the calsses and lets see who comes up with contribution so that we can have something like the above picture in real.

Abuzar, I am not 85 Kgs.....My current weight is 71 Kgs for a height of 5 feet 9.5 inches. Abuzar likes the Pizza but what about Hypos because in Hypothyroidism, appetite also goes down......plus Constipation, so thats why most of the faces in the combined 1st, 2nd and 3rd semester class show constipated faces.

Dear Sir! (Dr Nayyar)and Dear Collegue (Sweet Zubair) My PC is Now OK, But I am in training at HMC, The Timings are very much long (as Sir, Dr Nayyar knows because such training is also started in KTH) ,the excercises they practice on us are numerous, I am also competing with few guys They gave me tough time. The timings are from 8:30 to 5 pm.But I need extra 2 hours more at the sart and at the end to reach HMC and Home respectively. So at the age of 45 you can imagine what energy Remains to log on...........
I have competed very well and my name was recommended for further training at Abbottabad as facililtator.They selected two doctors among 32 doctors for this advance training.
The training was very much usefull specially for the clinicians.Now I am relax because the work load was less today and tomorrow is our last day they will give us money and Certificates.

I enjoyed the advertisement given by Dr Nayyar to find me. and am equally appreciating the few words by the proponent of the forum Dr Zubair. I am really proud of your company and pray for your success and safety.

Even if I was not present,you did not sprared my Hypothyroid colleagues,The medicines you prescribed with pizza will cause them purgation,if it occured in the University they may fail to recognise their own toilet and may enter into the female bathroom,because their recognition power is already low and the urgency of Diarrhoea wil further deteriorate it.

Today, MPH class keh Adnan da lasa pa Sharmono au sharmado..... Adnan living upto his legacy and our expectations defined Epidemiology in such a way that the dead body of John Snow would have been terrified in his grave.

Then came Kamaluddin, our Afghan Hypo guy, who while defining Incidence couldnt make any difference between Incidence and Prevalence and his spellings reminded me of a Computer Institute Ad on a wall, which I posted back a few days ago, for its unique English Language. Dr Nayyar is quite right in his timely Diagnosis,they should search some remedy otherwise the cases will become untreatable.

IS THER ANY NEED OF SKILAX DROPS OR DUPHULAC SYP AS THERE CAN NOT BE CONSTIPATION IN NWFP DUE TO THE INNATE BEHAVIOUR.THE REASON YOU KNOW VERY WELL

Yes PROLONGED CONSTIPATION is what I was also thinking about. Its a cardinal feature of HYPOTHYROIDISM

Can I suspect the %age of Hypos in NWFP or it is wide spread phenomenon?

As per my study, Hypos are spread all over Pakistan but from a limited Case Control Study, the Odds are 80 times more in MPH Program. That means these Low IQ Hypos are 80 times more likely found in MPH Programs as compared to other programs like B.Sc, BBA, MBA etc etc

They Say that we are the Ultimate Ruler of This Earth,A few times I have Heard this sentence from their widely Opened Mouths.
I was wondering how it can be?????How it is possible that the low IQs will rule on us.
It was pinching my mind Terribly.
Then I consulted a very learned Guy in our Village.
I also narrated the whole story behind the Hypothyroid Philosophy.
He consoled me,and said Yes, they are right,they will rule on this earth but not on you.
I asked why and how.
He said,look the world is progressing and developing new technologies are coming up and at last the Normal IQs People will go either to Moon or Mars so the only left overs (Hypos) will remain here because they will loose this race and will enjoy their own Constipation on the Earth.
I thanked him for giving me a very convincing answer.
So from now onwards they will be Called the "The Ultimate Rulers" This will be good because they will enjoy the direct meaning of the word and Me,Zubair,You and the Allied will enjoy the philosophy behind the Ultimate Rulers.
