I am sorry to say that if every aspect is already exposed,then I have to do nothing,Except to take deep Breath.
I think our worthy teacher is quite Strong who feels comfortable amongst a big commotion.
I think in such situation,the person become so excited and exhausted that he feels difficulty in swallowing his own saliva.

This was extremely a master piece picture,Sometimes please do post such good pictures,

In the message editor options click the icon "host image" (when mouse is brought over the icon, the name appears). Click browse button and select the picture file you want to upload and then click host it. Three different links will appear after a while, depending upon the speed of your connection. Copy the last link which will have the picture file name in the end.
Now click another icon i.e. image icon. A window with a single field will appear. Paste the copied link intho that field and click ok. The picture will appear where you had left the cursor.

The trillion dollar question you asked may need a retrospective study.

Then I guess in that retrospective study, we may incidentally find that majority of hypothyroid had severe mumps too during their childhood destroying a very special organ which releases that hormone we are talking about

Well, there is a definite association
but thankfully, the loss is mostly partial

I would request the so called Hypothyroid and now Pan-hypopituatarism MPH students to get their hormones checked from IRNUM

I was standing at my balcony with my DSLR waiting to capture some interesting moments but the sunny afternoon was quite boring. Nothing seemed good in the electronic viewfinder of my DSLR.

I guess, by indulging in Photography you try to see nature from varying angles and one tends to be in love with the colors of nature. Photography is my hobby. I was wondering what hobbies would the majority of my MPH students would have.

After years of observational research, I guess their only hobby is to stare blankly into the eyes of their teachers, like self destructing robots, which are self programmed for destruction after a particular period of time

It's the exact reason which matters. It is difficult to assess that which picture attracts Dr Abu Zar. For example;

A pathan went to a Doctor for an ailment.
Pathan: Dr I have some serious problem. I request for a complete pivacy.
Doctor took him to a separate room. Dr asked him to explain
Pathan: I have burning micturition, greenish colour discharge, fever, pain in hypogastrium for 5 days.
Doctor: You have to tell the exact reason. Otherwise the treatment may get have adverse effects which may end in impotence and . You have two options, First is, I suspect that you have a contact with prostitute. Second, you have used an infected toilet. now try to be honest.
Patahn: Thought for a while (very un-usual) and replied, " Look Doctor I have used an infected toilet BUT please give me medicines for the OTHER reason .

when Dr Zubair has displayed his beautiful picture as an avatar,I am recieving a lot of Calls from Bannu,requesting me to help them in getting addmission in the Abasyn University. But I am not entertaining it because Now this threat is exclusive for men and boys. Then the female section will become totally ignored,as on one side there will be old boys will Harmonal Defficiency and on the,other side the "Bannu boys" who think and believe that even looking at the opposite sex is a big sin.

Dear Aleena ! Da Wakhla Bachay, sta da Uncle picture.

Just to add as a Forum Administrator that both these "A", Dr Aziz Awan and Dr Abuzar have been by "A" Grade students. I know Dr Abuzar for last 10 years when immediate after my return from abroad, we both were in the Community Paediatrics Project, NWFP and hence Public Health was common between us. Dr Aziz has also been a hard working student, at that time he was working in National Commission for Human Development, and probably used to come from Karak to attend the classes.

But the rest of story is that, I always get two type of students, one group is always "A" and the other group which comprises of 99.7% (within 3 Standard Deviations) are the "H" group, commonly called the HYPOTHYROID Group, which follow the famous English adage
"They came, They saw, They yawned, slept, They went and They Forgot" and then they died....End of Story
