Still can't download it. Usullay the click on link "request download ticket" is followed by appearance of link "download" but in this case the "request download ticket" keeps on re-appearing again and again.
Will try later, may be it works.

Its working fine. Just checked now. Actually the problem is that ifile site is programmed in Ajax, so on slow connections you have to wait for the whole page to download, before the Request Download will work. If you click Request download, while the page hasn't finished downloading the incomplete code behind the curtain will not activate the download link.
Wait till whole page downloads, and then click the Request download button
