Nurses Management Course at PHSA

These days I am busy in the Management and Leadership Training Course for Nurses at Provincial Health services academy, Peshawar. I am being helped in this course by Miss Ambreen Durrani and Miss Amna Khatoon as Master Trainers.
This time, luckily enough, the group of nurses that we are training are young, energetic, and motivated and we hope that our first batch of Nurses Managers and Leaders will be the first step in the right direction, after a long time.

That's great. These are among the actual steps which will bring some real changes in our rusted Health Care Delivery system. Sir! Keep it up. Your next step should be to bring some policy changes through your super advocacy talents, now you are in a very good position, having a strong support of malgery daktaran, and thousnads of pupils amongs which quite a lot are in a very good positions to provide you the grounds required for such a change..
