A humble request

Dear and respected sir,

I am here to humbly request for the postponeding the current semester exam if replaced for the september month after the eid ul fitr.

Appology for any inconvenience made through this humble request.

I am extremely regretful to inform you that the exam cannot be postponed because we cannot further delay the semester. All exams have to be notified to controller of exams after which they cannot be changed. Any inconvenience caused is regretted. Thanks

The final exam of the current semester was scheduled in Sep; so as per your request, it seems that some changes occurred in the date of the exam. Could you please tell me the exact date of the exam, sorry that I was absent last week.

According to my knowledge the final exam will be held on 25th, 26th and 27th August 2011.

Most respectfully I want to say you that recently I got information that our final exam will be on 25, 26, 27 Aug 2011.
Sir! I am living in Khost province Afghanistan, to reach from Khost to Peshawar it will take two days and two days in return so including exam totally it will take 7 days, in the month of RAMADAN long distance travel by car and staying in hotel during RAMADAN will be very difficult for most DL students who are living in Afghanistan, if you please to post pone the final exam it will be your great kind, the appropriate date will be 8,9,10 Sep 2011.
Except Ramadan we didn’t have any suggestion about examination date so I hope to consider our problems.

Referring to examination date, that is changed to Agust 25th-26th,27th, 2011. As a university student I will kindly say that I am living in Kabul, Afghanistan the mentioned that will be dificult for us to appear in the exam because of long distance, Holy month of RAMADAN, etc.



I am kindly requesting you and suggest that if the exam postpon to after Eid fither on Sep 8th-10th,2011 the student will be tranguil and the exam result will be good, and all the studnets will have suitable opportunity to appear in exam.



It will be your kindness to postpon the date because other students also requested the same and they provide their logic recommondations as well.

Really it is difficull for all those who are living outside of Peshawar city and/or in Afghanistan

Attention all those who are crying Bells and Whistles for postponing the exam

Kindly see the relevant section whereby the exam was first announced on 1st, 2nd and 3rd of Sep 2011 but since the Eid is falling exactly on these dates, therefore the exam was moved a week earlier.

We cannot delay the exam because this will further delay the next semester, and those students who are excellent in their studies cannot afford to get their degrees late.

For the rest it doesnt make any difference because chronic failuries will go to any extent to get the exam delayed on one pretext or the other.

For those who cannot attend, their personal problems, they themselves have to take care of. The University is not responsible for personal problems of students.

If they cannot appear, no problem, they can go back a semester.

Dear and excellency sir.
As you know that most of the students who are whistling for delaying the exam date are foriegn(afghans).staying one day and night during ramazan in a hotel is more difficult than 30 days and nights in other months.
Due respect to holy month of ramazan and students living problems kindly requested to move the exam date a week later of the eid.it will be great kindness to those students who are whistling for postpondig the exam date.

Dear Dr Agha

Kindly keep in mind that here we are talking about University Rules and Regulations and here this is not a shop whereby the customers are bargaining on an item.

Travel, Stay in hotels and rest of the issues are your own personal problems. No wehere in the prospectus it is mentioned that the University is responsible for personal issues of the students, which they have to sort out themselves.

I am once again sorry that exams cannot be postponed. This is final. Its your own choice whether you people appear to go back a semester. The topic is locked and no further debate will be tolerated on this issue.

Any deviation will be dealt with strictly under disciplinary grounds
