Brother it is very simple,
First select the section where you want to post your reading material
Then copy the document which you want to post
Then come to the writing pane in the forum
Right click the mouse and select the paste option
Then see below the pane, where there are two options sent and preview if you want to see how your post will look like, then select this option before sending and see, if any changes you want, and then click the send option.
2nd thing
if you want to give new topic then open the relevant section and see below the writing pane and click on new topic, when it is fully opened then fill the title bar with the wordings you would like to be highlighted, then come down and paste the material you have already copied or start writing in the writing field, when you finish the work click on the send option.
If all these hints do not work, then send your material through mail, as emails and mails are quite near relatives, the only difference is hard copies and soft copies.
In addition mailing will have the advantage for some who cannot open the forum
