I personally appreciate the writer of the book BRIAN ABEL SMITH Who has written the book
    "AN INTRODUCTION TO HEALTH"
    -Policy
    -Planning
    -and Financing
This is a very comprehensive book wirtten in a comprehensible way.
This book is with me since January 2008 (When I got admissionin in MPH) and till now I have finished it once.
I will request my fellows to study it, and it will be of much help to all in the paper of Health Plicy,as it gives you a plat-form on which you should base your Health Plicy Design.
    Wish You Good Luck

Post by Dr Abu Zar Taizai Wed Mar 11, 2009 5:49 pm

    Dear Sir,
After your Suggestion,I left studying all the other books written on the Health Policy and started Studying the One you talked about (Andrew Green), Since 3 days I am reading this book, and found it a very good book. Initially I ignored this book because I had given it a random read, but now am deeply studying it and am finding new ideas and deep knowledge, about the constraints of the developing Countries in making Health Policy. It also gives logical suggestions about how to ovecome this and other hurdles in the way of making and implementing the health policy.
I appreciate your efforts in Guiding me in the Right Diection
Thank You Very Much,For the Stimulus
Looking Forwards for further Good Ideas $ Suggestion

Zubair, there is another good book from Lange Series which teaches Health Policy from a clinical perspective, which makes it quite easy to understand as it uses clinical scenario examples to explain Health Policy Issues. I read this book an year ago and I found it quite interesting and easy.
