Dear Dr Farooq, best wishes in practice never works. Success requires vision. Where vision lacks, no amount of strategies and operational plans work. titanic was a huge luxury ship, it sank because its Captain didnt anticipate a hidden submerged ocean rock ahead.
Similarly our titanics are also sinking because they lack vision. They are short sighted myopic individuals who cant see beyond their nose, and even an arm distance is a galaxy apart from them. So best wishes for them might serve the purpose verbally but practically, its all both thumbs down
